Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Do nášho tímu, ktorý monitoruje a predchádza podvodom platobnými kartami, hľadáme nového kolegu! Kolegu, ktorý tímu pomôže zabezpečovať riadny a včasný monitoring podozrivých kartových transakcií.
Tvojou náplňou práce bude:
- Uplatňovanie postupov a opatrení za účelom eliminácie podvodov na platobných kartách,
- Analýza podozrivých platieb,
- Komunikácia s kartovými spoločnosťami VISA, MasterCard, s pobočkami/kontaktnými centrami bánk RBI skupiny, kolegami z iných oddelení RPC, s inými domácimi a zahraničnými bankami,
- Sledovanie notifikácií v prípade nedostupnosti aplikácií/systémov,
- Kontrolovanie výsledkov behu automatizovaných procesov.
Tím funguje 24/7 na zmeny (denné, poobedné a nočné zmeny vrátane víkendov a sviatkov). Ustanovený týždenný pracovný čas zamestnanca predstavuje 36,25 hodín týždenne.
