Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will support and drive various kind of projects, like migration, business, IT projects in a very dynamic environment.

We are looking for a project manager who will manage medium to large sized projects in the banking sector.

- Leading various types of projects in international environment
- Responsible for managing whole life cycle of projects, project budget, resource allocations, project deliveries
- Analysis and management of project risks
- Steering cooperation with parties involved in the project
- Regular Management reporting
- Identify, review, and evaluate basic regulatory requirements as well as develop and implement solutions
- Initiate strategic decisions
- Responsibility for quality of communication across whole internal departments (Business, Development, Testing, Security etc. …)
- Control quality and time of project deliveries to customers
- Responsibility for the preparation, maintenance and delivery of project documentation in accordance with the project methodology valid in the RPC

Wage (gross)

2 300 EUR/monthminimum 2 300 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus. Kindly notice that base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills and we are open to discussion

Information about the selection process

Thank you very much for your interest in our job vacancies at RPC. The recruitment process may vary depending on the position, your seniority, or the number of applicants, but in general you may expect:

1) A short call with our HR to give you an introduction about RPC and the team, and to find out about your expectations and background.
2) Suitable candidates will then be invited to an interview with the hiring manager. A senior professional from the team may sometimes be available as well.
3) The reference check/employment verification is a part of the process, too. If you already have written references from your last/previous employer(s), please attach them together with your CV.

We do our best to cut the process to minimum, but at the same time we try hard to get to know you to see whether it will work for both sides. Sometimes we use tests or need an extra meeting with you.

• Organized approach to work
• Experience with banking sector is welcome
