Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for a new team member for our R&D Department who will support innovation process and business development.

You will actively scout for ideas and business opportunities in the payment area (especially in card payments), search for potential suppliers, communicate with them, and prepare initial evaluations including business cases.

Do you have analytical skills, creative thinking and strong ability to dig deep into a specific topic or data? We are looking forward to meet you!

Your agenda will be:
- analyzing market opportunities and new business requirements,
- coordinating and supporting special projects, especially in initial phases,
- providing support in the sales process,
- supporting UX design process in projects with customer front-ends,
- following latest developments in banking and payment industry, identifying relevant trends,
- communicating with various departments in Raiffeisen Bank International,
- actively cooperating with colleagues in RPC,
- maintaining a log of innovative ideas,
- preparing analyses and evaluations of existing products and services usage and quality,
- prepares analyses and business cases for decision making,
- offers solutions, not problems. :-)

Wage (gross)

2 400 EUR/monthminimum 2400€ + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (based on legal we put a min. salary, but please, don´t hesitate to share your expectations, we are open to negotiate. Final salary depends on candidate´s level of experience and skills)
