Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring all tourists enjoy a positive and memorable experience throughout their stay in UAE by:
- Conduct informative meeting with our tourists at the hotel (all emirates, depending on the number of clients)
- Ensure customer satisfaction during their stay in the UAE (resolve special requests and possible complaints)
- Accompanying tourists on tours
- Assistance of groups
- Selling excursions
- Office work associated with daily duties i.e. preparation of welcome folders, daily meeting schedule, etc.
- Provide assistance at the airport on arrival / departure (even on night flights) of tourists when required
