Your Mission:

  • Own the business development strategy in the Slovak market
  • Define potential sectors and chase opportunities like a pro
  • Acquiring new sales and ensuring the effective implementation of newly acquired A-segment clients and post-sales management
  • Turn prospects into long-term clients and profitable contracts
  • Lead commercial negotiations with confidence and clarity
  • Conducting preliminary contract analyses with clients
  • Analyzing tender and volume data to prepare adequate offers
  • Budget and sales goals implementation following KPI's and maintaining CRM system
  • Monitor trends, beat the competition, and adapt quickly
  • Work with internal departments to turn deals into real-world logistics wins
