Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Participation in the further development of our sustainability strategy
• Derivation of sustainability goals for the Automotive division
• Processing of ratings (e.g. CDP, EcoVadis)
• Participation in the development and implementation of a key performance indicator system for measuring sustainability
• Content development of sustainability concepts as well as cross-location implementation within the framework of projects
• Processing, supporting and answering customer inquiries/projects on the topic of sustainability
• Close collaboration with the international group network
• Advising company management and specialist departments on questions relating to sustainable technologies/products/trends and regulatory requirements
• Develop communication measures tailored to the target group (internal + external)

• Well-organized and self-motivating personality with a passion for sustainability and innovative technologies/products
• Studies with a focus on sustainability or environmental management
• First relevant professional experience in an industrial company or in consulting
• Knowledge of current legal compliance requirements and reporting standards in the area of sustainability (GHG protocol, GRI, EU taxonomy, CSRD, etc.)
• Application of project management methods
• High communication skills in German and English (minimum level B2)
• Confidence in dealing with international customers and multicultural teams
• High flexibility and commitment as well as willingness to travel
• Studies with a focus on sustainability or environmental management
