The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) serves as key business partner to the commercial organization of Roche Slovensko - Diagnostics Division. As FEP you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our strategy. You build networks across the organization (including the Finance Excellence Chapters), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. FEP is a trusted and thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.

Career Opportunities and Challenges

• Monitor and manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective

• Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies 

• Key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation

• Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities

• Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions across the affiliate

• Actively manage the cash flow position of the company, ensuring timely customer payments  

• Propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling

• Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value

• Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets

Who you are

• University degree in Finance, Economics or in a related field

• Fluent in Slovak or Czech and English language

• 3+ years of work experience in Finance, preferably as a Finance Business partner in a healthcare company or in pricing

• Experience working with and for the customer and interacting with colleagues beyond the Finance function

• Ideally, knowledge and expertise of healthcare systems, market dynamics, and competitor landscape

• Ideally, experience working or studying abroad
