Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a CM Assistant and Communication Manager you will provide administrative support to the Country Manager Roche Diagnostics Slovensko and supports defined administrative processes for the whole organization. To create, coordinate and implement internal and external communication , ensure the information flow from the HQ and company management to all employees in the Diagnostics division. Develop positive relationship and picture of the company within internal and external environment.

Key responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks.
- Organization and coordination of internal Roche meetings.
- Act as a contact person for general requests involving the respective department.
- Procurement of office supplies.
- Strengthen the identity and corporate culture, transferring knowledge of strategies, Roche values and vision and promoting the Leadership team actions.
- Regular internal communication in alignment with overall strategy and goals.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Communication, Business Administration

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for a dynamic passionate and motivated individual with at least 4 years of experiences in assistant and/or communication role .

- Pro-active, dynamic and result-driven personality
- Good attention to details
