Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Application Specialist and Product Specialist you will be responsible for application support and product care for Serum Working Area portfolio working closely together with the Roche Customer Service Cetner, Sales and Marketing team to guarantee excellent customer satisfaction.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support on site and remote support for respective product portfolio. Customer inquires resolution
- Conduct on-site customer application training and support new instrument installations
- Build strong relationship with customers and continuously improve them
- Identify commercial leads and refer them to Sales & Mktg teams. Conduct market intelligence supporting Sales & Mktg teams
- Continuously expand knowledge of respective product lines being a subject matter expert
- Cooperate with Marketing, Sales Team and other depart. to support business develop. and deliver excellent customer support
- Report and document activities, inquiries, complaints in respective reporting tools
- Support Marketing and Sales in phase-in/phase-out of products
- Support marketing in commercial and educational events with Product Presentations if necessary
- Active contribute to improve communication and teamwork within the department and across the organization
