Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Sales Specialist you will manage the sales operations across Roche Diagnostics Slovensko, Molecular Solutions portfolio in region of coverage. Ensuring that all business operation will be according the overall marketing strategy and in close cooperation with Key Account Managers. Drive business success by defining and implementing the local sales plans under the condition of a sustainable business model based on innovation and efficiency.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities for Molecular Solutions product lines in coordination with Key Account Managers and strictly in line with local marketing strategy and best practices of sales force effectiveness.
- Close cooperation and coordination of activities on account level with responsible account manager..
- Support Product Manager of Molecular Solutions in definition and execution of marketing plan , namely on customer segmentation, targeting, value proposition and messaging definition and delivery.
- Pro-actively identify, pursue and convert potentials deals.
- Responsible for whole process of: deal calculation, proposition, negotiation and closing with respect of contract life cycle management.
- Prepare installation packages and all related documentation.
- Identify and execute initiatives to develop RMS market in cooperation and coordination with Marketing and Max team.
- Respect the compliance with all relevant Roche guidelines and policies.

- Min 2 years Experience in Sales Management in Healthcare/Life Science Sector.
- Background in laboratory methods (molecular /tissue diagnostics is highly preferred).
- Pro-active, dynamic, result-driven attitude.
- Consistently generates new ideas. Seeks new opportunities and tries new approaches.
- High business acumen.
- High persuasion and excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentations  skills.
- High strategic agility and learning capabilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, KOLs, other key stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel.
