Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Key Account Manager you will manage operations across Roche Diagnostics Slovensko Serum Working Area /SWA/ portfolio in region of responsibility. Ensuring that all business operation will be according the overall marketing strategy. Drive business success by defining and implementing the local sales plans and account plans under the condition of a sustainable business model based on innovation and efficiency.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities strictly in line with local marketing strategy and best practices of sales force effectiveness.
- Propose account plans and lead their execution.
- Apply effective account management of existing customers based in the predefined region of coverage
- Pro-actively identify and convert leads and deals in current and prospective customers.
- Responsible for whole process of: deal calculation, proposition, negotiation and closing with respect of contract life cycle management.
- Prepare installation packages and all related documentation.
- Tight communication and cooperation with other sales team members, marketing and professional service department.
- Be key contact person for customers in region of coverage.
- Respect the compliance with all relevant Roche guidelines and policies.

- Min 2 years of experience in Sales /Account Management in Healthcare / Life Science Sector

- Excellent communication and presentations  skills.
- High strategic agility and learning capabilities.
