Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant you will provide administrative support for the Head of Marketing in Roche Diagnostics Division. You will act as a contact person for general requests coming to Marketing department

Key responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate events, seminars and congresses.
- Supporting and coordinating marketing team with internal processes
- HCP tracking tool administrator, responsible for issuing of certificates to the respective authorities
- Content management for the product catalogue on the Roche website
- Procurement and creation of marketing material
- Respect the compliance with all relevant Roche guidelines and policies

Contract for this position will be signed for temporary time as a substitution during maternity and parental leave.
