Caretaker / janitor / handyman / help person

We are looking for a new co-worker who would like to work for full-service building and janitorial management company with several years of experience. We provide service for strata residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the building and property
• Communication with the residents
• Parkade and Balcony inspection
• Notify the defects that require further repair or maintenance
• Monitor tradesmen who are worked on common property
• Ensure that the building and surroundings areas are clean
• Interior and exterior cleaning janitor
• Print and post notices within designated area in the building
• Report problems to the Property Manager and Council
• Provide small building repairs - plastering, painting
• Changing interior and exterior light bulbs
• Clean vents, drains around the building
• Check security video surveillance and fob activity as requested
• Seasonal maintenance: sweeping leaves, snow removal, salting sidewalks, high rise window washing
