Your main responsibilities:
- Implement Salesforce CRM system across our organization
- Integrate Salesforce CRM with internal systems and platforms
- Analyze processes, identify and understand needs and requirements of CRM users
- Provide recommendations and implement solutions to meet those requirements
- Analyze SF data and provide feedback to management team
- User trainings and user support within the Team
