Job description, responsibilities and duties
Develop and deploy Reutter Group quality assurance process in plant Myjava
Lead & manage local quality assurance team ( about 30-35 employees)
Select and maintain best practice processes for quality assurance activities
Control BOS changes and BOS documentation regarding quality assurance process
Collect, analyze and report customer satisfaction data for quality assurance process
Coach team members in daily routine & problem solving and customer communication and to follow the budget
Monitor monthly KPI achievement, prepare report for management
Plan and support internal LPA audits
Support audits on request of respective process owners
Monitor and follow implementation of corrective action of all kind and origin
Report to local management team

Personality requirements and skills
Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plastics engineering or comparable apprenticeship
6+ years professional experience in the automotive industry
Professional experience with application of integrated management systems
Understanding of application of standard requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Understanding of customer specific system requirements with respect to IATF 16949
Methodological knowledge in the application of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
Very good knowledge of English (German advantage)
Confident appearance and strong communication skills as well as outstanding judgement and solution competence
6+ years professional experience in the automotive industry
Professional experience with application of integrated management systems
