We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team. This is a client-facing role focused primarily on delivering advanced data analytics solutions for customers, operating in the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) domain, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on technical expertise across the Microsoft data ecosystem, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure-based data services. Beyond building reports, this role requires ownership of the full data lifecycle — from ingestion and transformation to automation, monitoring, and optimization.
You will design new analytical solutions, enhance and maintain existing ones, and actively contribute to shaping innovative, automated data platforms that deliver actionable insights to clients. Eventually internal reporting will as a secondary priority.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (cloud).
- Work with Microsoft Fabric to build scalable data architectures and analytics platforms.
- Implement end-to-end data solutions including data ingestion, data cleansing and transformation, data modeling, scheduled refresh and automation, alerting and monitoring.
- Utilize SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps and/or Power Automate for data orchestration and automation.
- Develop new reporting and analytics solutions while providing support and optimization for existing ones.
- Act as a client-facing consultant — gathering requirements, presenting insights, and explaining complex data in a clear and business-friendly manner.
- Interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Drive automation-first thinking — aiming for fully automated and scalable data pipelines
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-driven analytics.
- Develop an understanding of underlying UCC technologies (especially Microsoft Teams environments) to ensure meaningful data interpretation.
- Collaborate with operational support and professional services teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Experience in developing and supporting enterprise-grade BI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps and/or Power Automate.
- Experience with full data lifecycle management (ingestion → transformation → modeling → automation → monitoring).
- Strong data modeling and data interpretation skills.
- Mindset focused on automation and scalable architecture.
- Interest and willingness to understand Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) technologies, primarily Microsoft Teams.
- Basic knowledge of networking (subnets, IP addressing, masks, routing basics)
- Basic understanding of IP telephony.
