As our People Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making sure things behind the scenes run smoothly. From managing paperwork to being the go-to person for employees, your work will keep our team happy and everything on track.

What You’ll Do

  • HR Administration: Keep records up to date, manage contracts, process payroll inputs, and ensure no detail is overlooked.

  • Working with Payroll Vendor: Collaborate with our payroll provider to ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time.

  • HR Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring our HR processes align with Slovak labor laws by keeping records up to date and supporting audits or documentation needs.

  • Recruitment Support: Help us find great talent by organizing job postings, scheduling interviews, and creating a seamless candidate experience.

  • Employee Lifecycle: Ensure smooth transitions for employees joining, growing, or leaving the company.

  • Culture Champion: Help organize team-building events, keep employees engaged, and (did we mention?) coordinate our Thursday breakfasts that bring the team together.

  • Office Hero: Be the person who knows where everything is and keeps the office running like clockwork.
