Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Economic Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the organization's finance function. This is a visible position which may include daily contact with employees, supervisors and management on matters of employment and finance, policies, procedures and some HR activities. Further, this position also provides administrative support for Executive and company’s accountants.

Responsibilities:
Candidate must have a strong communication skill, preferably 1 and more years of practical experience in finance or HR related role. Candidate must have integrity, be highly analytical, and have a strong desire to learn and be deeply involved in the all aspects of business. Must be organized and methodical in their work, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to change. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and communicate effectively with personnel from all levels of the organization.

• Preparation of documents for wages
• Preparation of documents for employee onboarding
• Prepare and maintain personnel files
• Communication with employees and prepare work shift schedule
• Preparation of documents for processing the VAT return
• Participation in inventory, property, receivables, and liabilities
• Preparation of documents for the warehouse of short-term assets
• Analysis of purchase orders and manage open orders
• Internal financial reporting and commitment agenda
• Report on discrepancies in invoices
• Communication with suppliers
• Updating the company's internal processes
• Checking and updating paid invoices
• Communication with the Financial Director as required
• Manage processes and documents related to business travels
• Listen to concerns and suggestions from associates and provide timely feedback
• Administer weekly and monthly timekeeping for personnel. Reconcile timesheets with manager, and other payroll-related documents
