Job description, responsibilities and duties

Resco is a Slovak company with own product development and global presence on the CRM & mobility market. We are looking for experienced Internal Systems Administrator for our Internal IT department who would help us to support and improve our daily operations, implement interesting new technologies that will change the overall view of employees towards a positive IT culture , increasing security, productivity, and job satisfaction on modern IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of computers and laptops (Windows Enterprise and MacOS) and other mobile devices or internal computer equipment.
  • Mobile Device Management and administration of internal devices.
  • User and internal departments technical support for applications and hardware.
  • Administration and configuration of internal systems and applications.
  • Administrator of Microsoft 365 ecosystem - Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams etc.
  • Server administration of internal virtual servers running on Hyper-V platform.
  • Documenting security incidents, problems, tracking their progress and solutions in internal Ticketing system.
  • Collaborating with different departments implementing new procedures and ensuring ISO 27K compliance.
  • Performing tasks assigned by the Internal IT manager.

Wage (gross)

2 300 EUR/month(depending on the professional qualifications and experience, salary may be subject to increase) + variable bonus

Personality requirements and skills

Technical:

  • Previous experience in similar position as an IT Administrator or IT Support Employee.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Basic experience with macOS and iOS is nice to have.
  • Experience with administration of Windows OS and Windows Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune or any other MDM tools.
  • previous experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, SQL Server or Amazon / Google Cloud alternatives is nice to have but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of networks - routers, switches, access points, topology, VPNs.
  • CISCO CCNA, Microsoft, Google or any other relevant Administrator certificates, even expired, is nice to have but not mandatory.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to focus on details and at the same time perceive employee requirements carefully.
  • Ability to work proactively and self-sufficiently on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and workload.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
