IT Tester Junior

Resco, a leading company in enterprise mobility and CRM solutions, is looking for a new tester for its QA team. In this role, you will test applications running on all widely used mobile platforms and devices (Android, iOS, Windows and Mac), as well as in browser.
Our solutions help people in the field or on the road, be it a traveling salesman, service technician or a volunteer aiding refugees in humanitarian crises.

You will daily contribute to overall quality of our products and satisfaction of our users. You will report problems you identify to our developers, participate in discussions about their solutions and finally be responsible for verification of the fixes. You will also have responsibility for quality of newly delivered features, suggesting best strategies to test and write test cases, and as such be an invaluable member of the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a QA team to analyze business requirements, create and execute test cases, record and verify defects to guarantee the quality of our products
• Identify, record and follow-up on bugs and issues
• Prepare test data, Follow Test Plans
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Cooperate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to

identify system requirements and find the right way to test them

• Review and analyze system specifications from testing perspective
• Collaborate with other members of QA team to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Create records to document testing phases and defects
