Senior Web Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design page layouts and templates.
• Create landing pages, support product/campaign launches, and drive large-scale web updates.
• Improve the user experience of the website regularly.
• Develop and maintain consistent website branding.
• Collaborate with UX, marketing, and other teams to improve web UX, conversion rates, performance, and SEO.
• Collaborate with copywriters and actively propose conversion driving content aligned to the organization’s strategy.
• Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
• Work with a front-end web developer to deploy designs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.

Job Requirements:

• Min 3+ / optimaly 5+ years web design experience
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows
• Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
• Awareness of UI/UX principles
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other visual design and wireframing tools
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
• Knowledge of WordPress, Javascript or PHP is a plus.
