Resco – the leading provider of mobile solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce – is looking for a pro - client oriented Business Development Manager to help us to approach prospects and partners within the Salesforce ecosystem around the world – introducing them to Resco’s mobile solutions and establishing long-term, trusting, business partnerships.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to further perfect your sales skills, working within a dynamic team of accomplished sales professionals. Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

EUR 1700 brutto/ month (depending on the professional qualifications and experience, salary may be subject to increase) + variable bonus

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Marketing, Sales, Business, Management

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Italian - Advanced (C1) or Spanish - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Windows - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and spoken English
• Knowledge of other language ( e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian etc.) is an advantage
• Ability to build strong personal relationships with partners
• Affinity for IT sector and mobility
• Experience with Salesforce technology is an advantage
• Ability and aptitude to discuss the Resco solution on a daily basis
• Flexible in adopting new technologies
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Experience in team leading as an advantage
