Resco is a Slovak technology company with own product development and global presence on the CRM & mobility market. We are looking for people to help customers reach their big goals providing small advice.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Helps partners customize and build their applications via configuration tools (even without coding knowledge)
- Helps users understand those weird parts of the application such as application logs or processes
- Helps administrators reaching their goals by checking their existing solutions and revising its efficiency
- Helps colleagues with understanding existing and new features
- Helps developers by chasing little or bigger bugs in existing or new features. We also organize “Bug chasing events” where the team tries out new features and socialize
- Occasionally helps with writing technical documentation on Resco blog
Wage (gross)
EUR 1200 brutto/ month (depending on the professional qualifications and experience, salary may be subject to increase) + variable bonus
