Resco is a Slovak company that creates technology products with global presence in the CRM & mobility market. We are looking for people responsible for managing products throughout the whole product lifecycle.
You will be tasked with discovery and delivery of feasible, usable, and viable products. You will develop deep knowledge about our customers, our market and industry, our business and our products.
As product manager, you are passionate about products and solving customer problems.
You are a team player, collaborating and acting across a variety of organizational functions. Strong communications skills are key to success in this role. You must be prepared to communicate with all areas of the company — engineering, marketing, sales, finance, customer success and senior leadership.
You will help build new products and iterate on existing ones by providing insights about market and customer problems to the product development team. You will be expected back up your claims with researched evidence and data.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Regularly participate in overall functional program planning
- Articulate markets, research users and define competitive landscape
- Evaluating opportunities and determining what gets built and delivered to
- Gather and analyze requirements of customers and partners and translate them into new products or capabilities (features)
- Work collaboratively with development leaders, product architects, product designers, and key customers to appropriately define and package features
- Prepare and iterate on feature specifications and designs
- Coordinate development, testing and documentation tasks
- Partner with design, development, sales and marketing and coordinate their activities
- Create quarterly roadmaps, monthly release plans and regularly participate in overall functional program planning
- Handling of technical questions via email, phone and in-person meetings
- Preparation of product demos and POCs
- Assist with support, remote consulting, prepare training materials, teach remote or on-site courses
Wage (gross)
EUR 1800 brutto/ month (depending on the professional qualifications and experience, salary may be subject to increase) + variable bonus
