Job description, responsibilities and duties

Resco is a Slovak company with own product development and global presence on the CRM & mobility market. We are looking for people to manage CRM / mobility projects of our customers on the technical level with a strong overlap into the business side.

This role requires an individual with experience in analysis and description of business processes and their translation into IT requirements. You will act as the interpreter between the worlds of IT and business.

The consultants in this role use their background in IT (administration, consulting or development) to analyze requirements of a specific client project and propose feasible solutions and action plans, prepare demonstrations and poof of concepts as well as handle all incoming questions regarding the technology. They will ensure that the solutions are implemented according to recommendations and provide fixes to the identified defects to drive the business opportunities forward.

Additionally, they will act as owners for certain features within the product. This means that they will prepare specifications and work closely with development team to ensure that the features are implemented according to specification. Based on their experience and direct involvement with customers they will propose modifications and improvements to the feature as well as the product as a whole, driving the roadmap.

Job responsibilities
• Pre-sales support (technical)
o Handling of technical questions via email, phone and in-person meetings
o Demo & POC preparation
o Requirements gathering and analysis
o Translate client requirements into technical requirements and recommend solutions
o Perform problem management activities working effectively with our support
• Deep technical understanding
o Resco products
o CRM Solutions (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)
• Project/Product management
o Prepare specifications of features that need to be implemented
o Feature lifecycle management
o Test, documentation and maintenance
o Active communication with other teams in order to perform regular operation tasks as well as solve the issues
• Help shaping the product
o Investigating competing products
o Shaping of product roadmap
o Develop or recommend product modifications
• Focal point between
o Sales and dev team
o Marketing and dev team
o Assist in support, remote consulting, prepare training materials, teach remote or on-site courses

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

EUR 1600 brutto/ month (depending on the professional qualifications and experience, salary may be subject to increase) + variable bonus

• Strong technical background (IT related education / IT Background e.g. Application developer, IT Consultant role)
• Effective communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, in English
• Project management skills, Analytical skills

• Fundamental understanding of CRM space is a huge advantage
• Experience with implementing and configuring Dynamics CRM / Salesforce or previous Resco platform knowledge
• JavaScript development experience
