Resco – the leading provider of mobile solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and Salesforce – is looking for a well-organized Junior Business Development Specialist to help us with developing our partner network and provide necessary support to the Sales & Marketing Team.

Tasks and objectives:
• Activate passive business partners (system integrators and resellers in IT sector) by approaching them via emails, phone calls, webinars
• Develop strategy on building relationships with these partners
• Daily communication with partners regarding product portfolio, updates, partner programs and events
• Maintain our CRM updated with new partner contacts
• Research and look for new potential business opportunities and recruit partners to resell the Resco solution
• Participate on developing agenda and content for business partners at our main educational event – the resco.next conference
• Create related documentation and marketing campaigns
• On-board and guide new business partners until they are taken over by account managers
• Qualify new business partner leads

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Marketing, Sales, Business, Management, IT

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Windows - advanced

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and spoken English
• Ability and aptitude to discuss the Resco solution on a daily basis
• Ability to build strong personal relationships with partners and Microsoft employees
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
• Affinity for IT sector and mobility
• Flexible in adopting new technologies
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
