Resco – leading provider of mobile solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce – is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to help us with quality assurance of our Resco Cloud platform. Tasks and objectives:
• Communication with clients and technical consultations in English
• Solving SW related technical issues
• Providing support to business consultants
• Bug reporting of Resco’s mobile solutions
• Creating testing records
• Working with iOS, Android, and Windows
