Job description, responsibilities and duties
Resco is a Slovak software product company with global presence on the CRM & mobility market. We are looking for people to work on CRM / mobility projects of our customers providing the development expertise.
The consultants in this role use their development skills (JavaScript) to analyse requirements of a specific client project and propose & implement feasible solutions, prepare demonstrations and poof of concepts as well as handle all incoming questions regarding the technology. They will also influence the core product – e.g. define how JavaScript APIs are designed and implemented. Also, they will use their communication skills to articulate the technical aspects of the solution internally as well to third parties via online activities or conferences.
Additionally, they will act as owners for certain features within the product. This means that they will prepare specifications and work closely with development team to ensure that the features are implemented according to specification. Based on their experience and direct involvement with customers they will propose modifications and improvements to the feature as well as the product as a whole, driving the roadmap.

- Create and update HTML/CSS/JavaScript, based on business specifications or bug reports
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Translate client requirements into technical requirements and recommend solutions
- Configuration and development of business solutions based on Resco’s Woodford tool
- Prepare specifications of features that need to be implemented
- Feature lifecycle management
- Test, documentation and deployment
- Active communication with the customers, business analysts and other teams
- Handling of technical questions via email, phone and in-person meetings
- Demo & POC preparation
- Deep technical understanding
o CRM Solutions (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)
- Help shaping the product
o Shaping of product roadmap
o Develop or recommend necessary product modifications
Wage (gross)
EUR 1600 brutto/ month (depending on the professional qualifications and experience, salary may be subject to increase) + variable bonus
