Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a new colleague, Business Analyst for the area of cards´acquiring.
Your main role as a Business Analyst is to help to other parties to understand what client needs. The key to success is communication and client satisfaction at the end.
Detailed responsibilities:
- Collection of functional and non-functional requirements for new services or changes to existing services
- Assessment of business requirements and identification of gaps against implemented standard application/functionality; ensure alignment with agreed standards and methodology
- Preparation of business specifications and definition of business scenarios and use cases for new and complex requirements, description of interaction between system components
- Preparation of Indicative / Final offer and its presentation to the customer
- Validation of User Acceptance Testing
- Writing the user documentation
- Cooperation with internal and external customers, suppliers and card schemes (VISA, Mastercard)
- Analysis of rules and regulations of card schemes to ensure alignment of standards between schemes and card management systems

Wage (gross)
2 100 EUR/monthminimum 2100 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (based on legal we put a min. salary, but please, don´t hesitate to share your expectations, we are open to negotiate :) final salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)
