Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague responsible for marketing and communication (internal & external) activities in RPC. In this role, you will:

• create and implement external and internal communication plans in RPC,
• organize events for employees (teambuilding activities, Relax & Sports day, Christmas party, etc.) and annual conference for clients in the Raiffeisen group,
• cooperate closely with HR on career events,
• manage event budget, coordinate vendors, key event participants and event partners, communicate with stakeholders,
• write and publish content on intranet, website and social media,
• create a regular employee newsletter,
• develop new internal communication activities,
• maintain marketing collateral such as presentation templates and corporate presentations,
• help to prepare and monitor marketing budget.

The position is open as a maternity cover.

Wage (gross)

1 700 EUR/monthminimum 1700€ + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidate’s experience and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• proven working experience in event management,
• ability to work independently, solve problems and get things done,
• strong critical thinking skills,
• developed sense of visual aesthetics,
• good organizational skills,
• good reading comprehension and writing skills,
• ability to communicate in English fluently,
• proactive and well-organized.
