Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague for our Accounting & Financial controlling department, who will help us to handle this agenda:

- Financial reporting, forecasting, planning including various analyses
- Preparing monthly / yearly income statement, balance sheet and changes in financial positions
- Providing timely, relevant and accurate regular monthly reporting and analysis of the results against budgeted
- Monitoring of monthly costs and revenues + communication with departments - Proactive identification of overruns, savings and propose next steps/follow ups
- Calculating and reporting of Financial KPIs
- Support in coordinating local annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and strategic plans in cooperation with the managers
- Working with the accounting department to make any necessary reclassification
- Ensuring quality control over financial reporting
- Providing users support during budgeting and forecasting process
- Support month end and year end closes process and support for financial audit
- Maintain and develop various financial models & standard templates distributed for all users during planning and forecasting process
- IFRS and SAS knowledge is significant advantage
- Knowledge of project controlling is advantage

Wage (gross)

1 900 EUR/monthMinimum 1900 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Accounting - advanced
Financial accounting - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- 3 + of accounting or finance or controlling or working experience
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with month - end / year end closing procedure,
- Logical & analytical thinking, presentation abilities, keeping deadlines
- Independent, responsible person
- Very good Excel skills
- English language is a must
