Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague to our Process management team. As a JIRA Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for administration of Jira and Confluence tools, which is widely used within our organization. We will utilize your knowledge and experience to migrate our current service desk platform and processes to Jira.

Your ROLE:
- Designing and running an administration role in Jira to fit regular requests for new users, new spaces, project, permissions and customized Jira workflows/schemes etc
- Co-designing effective Jira workflows/schemes
- Maintain of healthy JIRA and Confluence project environment by periodically reviewing configurations, permissions, workflows, dashboards, integration, and logs
- Migrate core processes to JIRA
- Management of Jira plugins and upgrades
- Management of Confluence tool
- Create and maintain related documents
- Provide support to users and teams across the company

Wage (gross)

2 000 EUR/monthminimum 2 000 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- experience with configuration and administration of Jira and Confluence software
- experience in administering, customizing JIRA projects, workflows, permissions
- experience with Jira Plugins
- basic knowledge with programming languages (JAVA preferable)
- advanced knowledge of PL/SQL
- strong proficiency in data analytics, data integrity, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- knowledge in Application Support
- IT Service Management knowledge and work experience is a plus (ITIL foundation certificate as advantage)
- communication skills both verbal and written, including the ability to develop presentations and present to senior management
- organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks simultaneously
- ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
