Job description, responsibilities and duties

The first impression is always the most important. Can you make a good first impression? Then come and join our RPC team! In addition to be the first point of contact for our company you will have these responsibilities as well:

- responsiblity for a smooth running of a reception
- scheduling, reservation and maintenance of conference area and meeting rooms
- organizing logistics for meetings including catering, etc.
- co-ordinating conference calls, travel arrangements, special events
- welcoming, greeting and caring about guests, clients, customers, offering them coffee and tea
- ensuring smooth running of the reception
- typing, copying, binding
- handling telephone calls and fax
- maintain office supply inventories
- mailroom, Postal and Courier Services, Going to the post office as needed
- sorting mail and coordinate incoming packages
- backup of Executive Assistant if needed
- ordering lunch vouchers
- support B-1 managers and teamleaders
- copying and filing accounting and financial documents, processing invoices and support to finance department, placing and expediting orders; verifying receipts
- troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs

Wage (gross)

1 000 EUR/monthminimum 1000 € + fix allowances twice a year (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)
