Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- daily e-mail and telephone communication with banks and merchants in English language
- solving claims from Issuer and Acquirer side in the area of payment cards for foreign banks within the Raiffeisen Group
- appropriate and on time handling of foreign claims of Cardholders and payment card acceptors, including e-commerce payments, payments on terminals and ATMs cash withdrawals.
- keeping evidence of every single complaint in internal system and systems of Card associations (VISA, MasterCard), preparation of an overview of successful, unsuccessful complaints, the most frequent types of complaints, trend monitoring of complaints - reasons, numbers - proposals for remedial measures/proposals for improvements
- daily communication with Card associations VISA, MasterCard, DCI and others, with network banks, with other domestic and foreign banks, communication with business partners

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

minimum 1300 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- communication skills, responsibility, detail oriented, self-management and willingness to learn
- knowledge of English language required
- experience in dispute processing is an advantage
- knowledge of complaint rules of VISA and MasterCard is an advantage
- team-player
