Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for Operational risk management and ICS are in our company.

Your main role will be:
- responsibility for operational risk management and ICS rules with the aim to minimize losses from operational events.
- responsibility for analysis and setup of the internal control system. Supporting of ICS representatives within RPC departments (training, coordination, and control) and process owners and managers.
- analyzing ICS as is status. Collecting all necessary information, evaluating key processes, and risks (together with process owner). Proposing of initiatives, improvements, mitigation actions, and following up the implementation.
- providing regular reporting to RPC BoD and ICS/OpRisk head office in RBI.
- single point of contact for auditors, responsible for audit meetings organization.
- responsible for the collection of audit findings and follows up the implementation of mitigation actions, follow-ups.
- responsible for strategy, set up of risk appetite and mitigation plan in the area of operational risk management.
- implementing of ICS/OpRisk group methodology in RPC.
- submitting proposals for change in the implemented methodology
- evaluating OpRisk tools outputs (eg. risk assessment, scenarios) and prepares communication towards RPC BoD, RBI, auditors
- supporting OpRisk functions within event data collection and responsibility for timely data processing in the respective database.
- evaluating operational risk within new projects/services/changes in processes.

Wage (gross)

2 100 EUR/monthminimum 2100 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum 3 years experience with ICS or Operational risks or Audits
- Ability to work independently
- Orientation to detail, analytical thinking
- Active English (both written and spoken)
- Proactive, well-organized and strong communication skills
- Goal oriented person with critical thinking
