Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role, you will have the chance to build up marketing function on the greenfield within our company.

- Creates and implements external and internal communication strategies in RPC
- Builds RPC brand awareness, that will create meaningful connections and encourages IT and card community
- Creates and implement a social media communication plan according to the company’s communication strategy
- Works with social media (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn), focusing on the target group to generate targeted media coverage
- Collects publication content from internal departments
- Publish postings to the company intranet, website and social media,
- responsible for preparation of advertising materials in cooperation with vendors (external agencies, graphic designers…)
- Organize and maintains marketing campaigns
- Supports external employer branding events (Alumni events, job fairs, etc.)
- Supports communication with partners (e.g. agencies, universities, student organizations)
- Event Management for internal employees and clients (teambuilding, card conference for clients) responsible for the budget, organization and third-party coordination.
- Set-up strategy and coordinates effective internal communication
- Reporting to board management
- Prepares and monitors the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

minimum 1700€ + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Ability to work independently and bring own solutions,
- Orientation to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Proven working experience in marketing
- Experienced in events management
- Experienced in coordination of agencies, graphic designers (3rd part vendors)
- Proactive, well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Strong ability to organize self, and prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving ability
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
