Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role supports business and project functions to deliver the revenue and margin targets. The ideal candidate is open minded person with strong business focus, and high degree of financial view:

• Realize budgeting and forecasting in close cooperation with sales and delivery teams, prepare business plan
• Cooperate with business department on design of price policy
• Responsible for price calculation on business activities and projects
• Support and advise account and project manager regarding to financial performance of customers and project portfolios
• Analyze deviations, financial risks, recommend effective solutions, propose and monitor measures
• Preparation of P&Ls
• Perform regular business and project reporting
• Active participation on process and systems improvements

Wage (gross)

minimum 2 300 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Expert

Personality requirements and skills

• 7 years experience in controlling, business analysis reporting analysis, controlling or similar position
• General know-how in the area of finance / controlling /accounting / tax
• Very good analytical and thinking skills
• Result oriented personality with focus on high quality
• Excellent Excel skills
• SQL skills are welcome
• Results oriented
• Structured, flexibility and positive personality
• Able to come with own initiatives, proposals
• Ability to work under time pressure
