Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Key Account Management for banks within the CEE market
- Maintaining positive customer relationships through close communication and engagement
- Management of client’s payment cards portfolio over the whole life cycle; pre-sales, tracking and driving the requests within the whole process, roll out and invoicing
- Project management for the assigned client project, ensuring the delivery of required project deliverables within the agreed time and cost
- Ensure supply-demand alignment by communicating with both client and internal teams
- Identify service requirements, client needs and demands
- Spot changing business strategy and objectives and ensure that improvement opportunities are being fed in to maximize client’s business value
- Drive and monitor the continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
- Handle and monitor customer complaints

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

- previous work experience in key account management, dealing with corporate clients in card business is welcome
- fluency in English
- strong communication and social skills
- strong client orientation and drive for results
- ability to take ownership
- IT background is an advantage
