As a Configuration Specialist you will firstly become well aware in the system environment in order to:
- analyse customer’s requirements
- finding new flexible solution for new banking products, considering functionality capabilities of operating platform or propose new approach
- update of existing products to meet customer’s expectations
- define and document product changes, explain and train others
- perform smoke test of own development
- investigate and finding solution for Production incidents and defects
- participate on international and local projects.

Configuration Specialist Works in dynamic but smiling team :-)

Wage (gross)

1 400 EUR/monthminimum 1400 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
SQL - basic

Personality requirements and skills

- Very good analytical skills
- Ability to solve problems and propose solutions independently
- Team player
- Patient Listener and Trainer
- Previous experience with data and databases
- Knowledge in credit & debit cards issuing and acquiring processing is an advantage
- OpenWay/Way4 system knowledge is a great advantage
- Active level of English language

The separate company was established in 2008 as a Shared Service Centre to centralize the group’s card payment operations and to achieve high efficiency and price competitiveness.
