As a Configuration Specialist you will firstly become well aware in the system environment in order to:
- analyse customer’s requirements
- finding new flexible solution for new banking products, considering functionality capabilities of operating platform or propose new approach
- update of existing products to meet customer’s expectations
- define and document product changes, explain and train others
- perform smoke test of own development
- investigate and finding solution for Production incidents and defects
- participate on international and local projects.

RPC was established in 2000 as a division of Tatra banka, and with more than 18 years of success stories we provide services in the area of issuance and acceptance of payment cards to member banks of the Raiffeisen bank International Group. The separate company was established in 2008 as a Shared Service Centre to centralize the group’s card payment operations and to achieve high efficiency and price competitiveness.
