Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Product Trainer in our Ops Excellence Academy, you will design and lead virtual training sessions and schedule online classes for the OrderLord application users and newcomers with the aim to shape their smooth transition into the product. The Ops Excellence Trainer will closely co-operate with the Academy members and the HR team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Help with all aspects of training and communications
• Schedule and organize online educational sessions
• Conduct role-specific trainings in an engaging way
• Communicate with the trainees and answer their questions with respect
• Prepare & edit video recordings
• Write training scripts
• Support training evaluation and review process
• Update and develop course work and associated support material
• Bring innovative ideas into the team and suggest process improvements (e.g. automating manual tasks)
Qualifications:
• 2Y+ work experience in software industry or on a position that required working with a complex software solution
• Experience with leading trainings or interactive presentations
• Advanced knowledge of some presentation tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Experience with video editing tools
• Nice to have: ‘Train the Trainer’ or similar course
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
• 1Y+ Work or Study experience in an English-speaking country is an advantage
