Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Support Specialist who will be part of the L1/L2 REEF Support Team, assisting REEF Kitchens and partners with software, technical questions and issues and providing internal training to the team. As a Support Specialist, you will gather the required information in order to handle inquiries and issue resolution within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frame. You will collaborate closely with L3 Technical Support team members to properly manage inquiries and escalate further to the team when appropriate.
How you will do it?
You will be working 5 days per week (not necessarily on weekdays) on assigned morning/afternoon shifts where you will deal with tickets and calls: the shifts are distributed 3 weeks ahead.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Help resolve software and technical issues efficiently and effectively
• Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle software and technical inquiries
• Resolve the issues through tickets, phone and video calls
• Communicate and cooperate with internal teams throughout issue resolution
• Review training materials in the knowledgebase application and suggest corrections if needed
• Deliver internal training sessions and demos if needed
• Bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team
• Other ad-hoc assignments and tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
