Do you want to start your career in IT from scratch? If you speak Italian OR French, then continue reading, as this job might be the right fit for you. You do not need any experience from IT, what matters is your level of languages, communication skills and willingness to learn new things.
What will you do?
Be part of the 1st level technical support team
Solve issues related to PCs, printers, emails, etc.
Communicate with customers’ issues via phone and emails (ticketing)
