Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you looking for experience from an international company, where you can use your knowledge of English and French? Do you enjoy communicating with people and prefer communicating with B2B customers? For our client in Brno, we are looking for a new, enthusiastic employee with good communication skills. If you can speak also Italian, it would be a huge advantage and, you can use all three languages at work.

Job duties
• Communicating with customers and colleagues from different departments
• Responding to enquiries from internal and external customers (mostly via email)
• Managing CRM activities and customers´ claims
• Taking ownership of customer issues and interface with sales teams, logistics, production, operations etc. to generate solutions in a timely fashion
• Providing information about products (price, availability, etc.)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2) or Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements
• Great level of English AND good level of French (min. B2 ), if you speak also Italian, it would be a huge advantage)
• Great communication skills, problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience from Customer Service or Sales is an advantage, as well as technical background
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
