Do you speak excellent Spanish? Are you interested in the field of Sales but not in making cold calls? In this role you will work in a team of inside sales specialists who contact existing customers that are already using the company products but are not aware that is also possible to order technical service or other equipment. Your task will be to get in touch with them via phone and offer these additional services.
This role is an international manufacturing company with a Shared Service Centre in Brno, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
• Sell service and complementary equipment for compressors via phone
• Function as a key connection between the company and its current customers – you will not do cold calls
• Communicate the advantages of the service solutions (financial, technical etc.) and suggest the best solution for the client
• Explore new business opportunities
• Work in close cooperation with the Data team to develop and implement scripts and processes
• Create reports and work with CRM system
