Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you speak Spanish and English, and do you want to use your language skills mainly in email communication? Are you interested in finance and have experience with AP or simmilar role? Is your dream to work at an international company? Currently, we are hiring for the position of Accounts Payable with Spanish.

What will you do?
• Check and process incoming invoices
• Communicate on a daily baisis with suppliers and colleagues from other branches. The communication is mostly via email but sometimes by phone so you will have the opportunity to gradually improve your Spanish and English
• Communicate with clients in South America
• Reconciliation of internal and external supplier balances and confirming balance sheets
• Regular reporting and cooperation with the finance department on closing financial statements

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Secondary/university education (preferably in economics/business)
• Communicative level of English and Spanish (level B2 or higher)
• Experience in AR, AP or GL
• Experience with MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP would be a huge advantage
• Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic
