Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you speak French and Czech/Slovak? Do you have customer care or administrative experience? Are you already based in Brno?

In this role you will support Sales Representatives by preparing contracts according to the conditions they negotiated with the clients and you will also be in touch with the repair centres in France to inform them about the contract, potential expiration and other details.

While this role is mostly administrative, you will communicate with the Sales Team as well as partners in France and colleagues in Brno.

Language skills

French - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluency in English (at least B2) and French (at least B1+/B2)
• Excellent level of Czech or Slovak
• Candidate who will feel comfortable in an multicultural department (= communication will be mostly in English)
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in an administrative role is an advantage
• Candidate who is based in Brno
