Order management Specialist with Hungarian

REED is currently working on a new project and is looking for suitable Customer support candidates with knowledge of Hungarian, English and Czech or Slovak for our client, an international FMCG company based in Prague. Job description:

· Processing and managing of orders according to specified conditions

· Manage delivery notes and billing

· Ensuring the proper handling of complaints and other customer requirements

· Regular reporting

· Cooperation with supply chain, finance and sales department

Requirements:

· Customer service experience is needed

· SAP knowledge is an advantage

· Proactive approach, independence and diligence

· Good communication skills and customer orientation

· Good knowledge of Hungarian, English and Czech/Slovak
