AI Business Partner

Hello AI enthusiasts,

I am searching for passionate Artificial Intelligence expert who has energy and experience to execute his innovative ideas across the high tech company developing automotive solutions.

You will launch the new R&D center by identifying benefits of using AI across the all divisions (IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, HR...) as well as planning AI strategies and its implementation.

You will build new frameworks and teams of scientists and developers, you will lead various AI projects from the technical point of view as well as to communicate the projects to internal and external business partners worldwide.

To find the best possible solutions, you will build the relationships with external providers of AI services as well as with universities.

This role is global and we open it in Brno for its great potential to apply AI in the biggest Engineering division here. The IT Engineering Lead sits in Brno as well and you will report directly to him. You will travel 30% of your time to meet the partners and run the workshops.

The vision of the AI Business Partner role is to make the company processes „smarter“ and to offer the new portfolio of AI services to customers.

What an ideal candidate is like?

• 10-12 years of experience in Data Science /Machine Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforced)
• Masters or PhD in Statistics (preferred), Computer Science
• Expertise in Data Science, AI methodologies (ML/Automation/Expert Systems/Contextual Search)
• Ability to build a framework/team (internal/external) to execute on AI projects
• Technical expertise: R, Python, Java, Kafka, Spark Streaming, TensorFlow, NoSQL or similar technologies
• Good knowledge on statistics/data science (data analysis, data mining, data modelling)
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and API based programming
• Strong change management, collaborative and effective communication skills
