Do you want to use your languages but don't like the idea of a busy call centre? We are looking for multilingual candidates who would provide support to our client's customers (supermarkets, warehouses, hospitals - it is B2B communication) via email, occasionally phone.
What is the job about?
Solving customers’ requests related to repair of their products, i.e. requests for registering repairs, updates on status of repairs, communication related to repair prices and repair lead times, delivery or quality related inquiries.
