• Taking details of requirements both from clients and candidates
• Conduct sourcing and screening service to fulfil client’s and business’s expectations
• New business development activities

• Experience in the area of recruitment / sourcing with proven success is ideal, however a strong sales experience in regards to professional services is very welcomed as well
• Speaking other European language than English is a big advantage
• Overview of Czech labour market, understanding local legislative
• Flexibility (happy to travel around whole Czech Republic)
• Results driven, professional behaviour, strong communicative and presentation skills
