Job description, responsibilities and duties

REED is seeking an experienced team leader who welcomes an international environment and is not afraid to take on a new challenge. If you have at least 3 years of experience with managing a team consisting of more than 6 people, don’t hesitate anymore!

• Manage a team of administrators in the field of HR
• Provide support on tasks concerning administration, time management and many more
• Handle all escalating queries within your team
• Ensure motivation and handle workload management
• Provide coaching, be an advisor and leader to team members
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction
• Focus on detail when handling maintenance of systems and databases in a timely manner
• Develop functional and positive cooperation with other HR teams and managers
• Focus on standardization, automation of the current processes
We are looking for:
• 3 plus years of experience in managing a team
• Amazing time-managemenet and organization skills
• Negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize
• Responsible and assertive personality
• Fluent in English, another European language is an advantage
• A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, knowledge of Oracle is welcome
• A can-do attitude open to challenges
